Housing Assistance

Living in Hollywood

Theatre of Arts recognizes that securing safe, affordable housing in the Los Angeles area is a primary concern of all students. Below, please find information on our limited Residence Hall accommodations as well as general area housing information. Questions about Housing Services can be directed to your Admissions Representative by phone or email. You may also contact us by calling 323-860-1105 or via email at admissions@toa.edu. We look forward to helping you with your plans to study at Theatre of Arts!

In cooperation with our sister institution Musician's Institute, new and continuing students may apply for Residence Hall housing. Don’t miss out — space is limited! Assignments will be made based on the date applications are received, so apply early for the best selection. Download and complete the Residence Hall Application, and email it to housing@mi.edu to be considered.

The Musicians Institute Housing Guide* provides information and assistance regarding TOA & MI residence halls, apartment rentals, FAQs, rental agreements, renters’ rights, finding roommates, budgeting for food, utilities, telephone services, where to shop, and how to get around the city.

*Housing information is provided as a courtesy to you and for reference only. Neither TOA nor MI are affiliated affiliation with any landlord or property owner. TOA nor MI do not investigate, endorse or guarantee information provided by third parties. All agreements or contractual arrangements related to housing rental or leases are strictly between you or other responsible party and the property owner or landlord.
