Jonathan Pope Evans began his career as a singer and dancer on stage but soon made his way west, receiving his MFA in Film and Theatre Directing and apprenticing acclaimed filmmaker Nina Menkes. Jonathan has directed award winning commercials, stage plays, and independent films. Recently, Jonathan was accepted into the Sundance Labs for his film Great Big Nothings and completed a children's television show entitled The Fantastic Adventures of Mr. Lum. He has taught at American Academy of Dramatic Art, American Musical and Dramatic Academy, The Feature Film Academy, California State University, and Tom Todoroff Acting Studio.
